To provide flexible options that accommodate different preferences and needs, I offer both private shifts and student shifts.

Choosing Between Private and Student Shifts:

Private Shifts:

• Care Provided by Me: During private shifts, I lead every aspect of your care, ensuring undivided attention and a high level of individualized service.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Services such as diagnostic ultrasound are only available during private shifts.
• Complex Cases: Ideal for patients with multifaceted or severe conditions that require advanced expertise and comprehensive treatment planning.
• Shorter Visits: Private appointments are typically more concise as they focus solely on direct provider-led care.
• Specialty Solutions: All available regenerative solutions can be offered, tailored to your needs.

• Lower Costs: Treatment modalities are packaged at a reduced rate into a pain package. These appointments are offered at reduced fees, making them an accessible option for patients with simpler needs. Office visit pricing is similiar to co-pay with many insurance companies. 
• Educational Environment: Student shifts are part of the clinical training program at Sonoran University. Care is provided by advanced naturopathic medical students under my supervision.
• Collaborative Approach: Students take the lead in managing your appointment, with regular oversight and guidance from me.
• Time Commitment: Appointments may take longer, as students carefully review and discuss your case with me to ensure the best care plan.
• Limited Options: Prolotherapy, trigger points, perineural, and PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) are the only regenerative solution available during student shifts. Spinal injections and diagnostic ultrasound are also not available on student shifts.

• New Patient Visits: New patients visit tend to be very comprehensive and are different than the very short traditional doctor’s visit. Allow for at least, 2 hours for new patient visits. New patient visits are geared toward getting a holistic perspective and gathering information. The more information provided for the new patient visit the more helpful. For instance, bringing in recent labs and imaging can help to streamline your care. However, medical records may be requested on your initial visit. Imaging can be viewed online at SimonMed and SMIL.
• Follow-up Visits: Follow-up visits tend to be more treatment focused, following up on your treatments, and diving deeper into your case. These visits tend to be shorter. If you have any time constraints, please make sure you let us know so we can accomodate you accordingly.
• Insurance: While I do not accept insurance, superbills are available upon request for potential reimbursement. Regenerative solutions are not covered by insurance regardless of where you seek services.
• Cost Estimate:  Office visits pricing is separate from injection fees. Injection costs vary based on complexity, the number of structures treated, the solutions used, and whether one or both sides of the body are addressed. Cost estimates are always provided prior to any procedures. The price breakdown below is to provide you with a guide on pricing overall. Remember, pricing is subject to change based on the market.
