I am excited to announce a talk about regenerative medicine at the Friendship Village retirement community in Tempe, Arizona that I gave with my team, Dr. Sarah Trahan and Dr. Alaa Gerais, at the Neil Riordan Center for Regenerative Medicine.
This presentation is designed to educate and inspire, offering insights into how regenerative medicine can support natural healing, reduce pain, and improve mobility. Education about regenerative injections as a whole, the research available, and the science behind it was provided. This talk covers the range of regenerative therapies from prolotherapy, dextrose-based injection, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), fat transfers (mfat), bone marrow aspiration (BMAC), and donor tissue (perinatal tissue, placental tissue, umbilical cord, Wharton’s jelly, amniotic fluid, stromal vascular fraction)
Disclaimer: We know from physiology about where stems cells are typically located in the body like bone marrow, fat, and certain donor tissues. From a clinical perspective, these tissues are used to mimic what they naturally do in the body like provide structural support. This talk is not meant to diagnose or treat any illness.
